Licensing
Green Industrial Technologies Ltd licenses and designs state of the art waste lube oil vacuum distillate polishing units. We offer both Solvent Treating Units and High Pressure Hydrotreaters. Our state of the art process is the deep-high pressure hydrotreater, specially engineered for distillates from used oil, producing Group II & Group III base oil.
Sample Projects:
a) High Pressure Waste Lube Oil Vacuum Distillate Deep Hydrotreater in Northern Greece. GIT has licensed, designed, supervised the construction, commissioned and started-up a high severity hydrotreater. The unit operates since 2010 and produces consistently Group II+ excellent quality base oils.
The quality of the base oil produced is excellent (Group II+). The following tables present some typical analysis results.

b) Waste lube oil vacuum distillate solvent treatment plant.
GIT has licensed, designed a waste lube oil vacuum distillate solvent treatment plant in Greece. The plant is currently under construction.
The unit is designed to achieve Group I base oils, with color 1-2, as seen in the following picture (during the research phase).
