Green Oil And Lubricants (GOAL) is a company in Bucharest, Romania. It is implementing a used oil re-refining project in Oltenita, South Romania on the Danube River, for production of Group II⁺/Group III Base Oils. GIT has been awarded a contract for the technology and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) of hydrotreater section and also for Procurement Support and Supervision of the construction. The design has been completed .
